Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. During holidays, processing may experience brief delays.

If incomplete or invalid information (address or payment) is provided, processing may be delayed by an additional 3–5 business days.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. postal holidays.

Jertaris is not responsible for carrier-guaranteed delivery windows. Our 1–2 business-day processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Domestic Delivery Time — Standard Shipping

Transit time depends on the carrier and service selected. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays. Jertaris is not responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation issues, or other events beyond our control.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is refused, applicable shipping or handling fees may be deducted from any refund once the package is received and inspected.

We use trusted national carriers (e.g., USPS or UPS). Replacement of lost or stolen packages is not guaranteed. For delivery issues, please contact us through this link to our Contact Page. Jertaris is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by carriers.

(Note: International orders may take 4–6 weeks, or up to 8–12 weeks during customs delays. Jertaris is not responsible for customs or import-related delays.)

Canceling an Order

Orders are sent to fulfillment shortly after checkout. If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we will attempt cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may refuse delivery and immediately notify us through this link to our Contact Page, or return the package with valid tracking so we can verify receipt and process a refund once inspected.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Due to automated fulfillment, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Jertaris is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If returned, we can re-ship (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund once received.

Delivery Confirmation

If tracking shows “Delivered” to the address provided, Jertaris cannot issue refunds for non-receipt claims. Please contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) for assistance locating your package.

Returns

To qualify for a full refund under our 60-Day Satisfaction Promise, all bottles from your order (empty, full, or partially used — including any bonuses) must be returned within sixty (60) days of purchase. Please include:

You are responsible for return shipping. Once the fulfillment center receives and verifies your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
